Now, there is working website with private cloud deployed in it and a S3 bucket with the backed-up data. Now to combine both of them, additional apps on Nextcloud administrator setting should be enabled and the access and secret access key of the user which has only access to AWS S3 should be given and configured in the settings. After that the data from the S3 Bucket (used for backup by Raspberry Pi Mount path) can be accessed from the website where the private cloud has been deployed and configured with the S3 storage data.
